Stay away from vodacom!

I just signed a two years contract with Vodacom, for fiber internet and mobile plan, and this became my greatest regret. 

On my mobile plan I ordered an iphoneX, which I received on last Friday (01/06). The iphoneX worked only until Saturday morning when the touchscreen simply stopped working. The new iphone is useless.

So I went to three Vodacom stores and in all of then the answer was “Since you bought online we cannot help you”. Even though I asked if there were nothing they could do to help the answer was always the same “we can only assist
